something with a kick

Monday, Monday... nothing inspires the need for a strong cup of coffee than a Monday.  Sadly for me I finished all the coffee in the house over the weekend, so this morning I'm woefully under-caffeinated.

The good part for you though is that my coffee testing has brought you another fine brew.  This week I'm recommending Kicking Horse Pacific Pipeline.  To be honest the first time I tried a Kicking Horse coffee I was really unhappy with it, but I was willing to give this BC company another shot.  And I'm so glad that I did!

Pacific Pipeline is definitely a kick, despite the fact that it's only a medium roast.  It will definitely perk up any morning.  But better than that Kicking Horse Coffee has all the happy eco-stickers that you could want in a coffee.  It's 100% Fair Trade, 100% Organic, and on the sustainability band wagon.  The company supports the Nature Conservancy of Canada, uses recyclable packaging, serves their coffee in ecotainers at their cafés... the list goes on.  And they care about the British Columbia community.  I could list the programs they're involved in, but there's just too many.

So do something good for you and your community this week and pick up a bag of Kicking Horse.  And while you're at it could you pick me up some?
